- Flying Standard Take Off/Procedure Turn Reverse Cuban Eight and Half Cuban Eight
- Two Loops and Stall Turn Three Rolls Humpty Bump
- Four Point Roll and Reverse Half Cuban Eight Two Rolls and Immelmann Turn
- Two Bunts, Half Bunt, Inverted Pass and Vertical Pullthrough Vertical Eight and Split S
- Slow Roll, Half Square Loop and One Turn Spin
- Rectangular Landing Circuit and Land Getting It Together
This manouevre is similar to the Bunt carried out in the Silver Guide except that you have to do two bunts instead of one.
Continue straight on and push down for a half outside loop. This will bring you out inverted and upwind for the inverted pass.
The Vertical Pullthrough starts by pushing a quarter outside loop to take you into the vertical. This should be much tighter than in the previous manouevres. Continue vertically then pull a three quarters loop. Again this needs to be pretty tight. With a bit of practice you should exit this manouevre at the midline - halfway between your topline and baseline.
The best way to correct any directional drift is with rudder. Use of ailerons for correcting will rapidly get you into trouble and make the whole thing look sloppy
