Firstly, check with anyone else that may be flying that it is safe to take off. Don't meekly request permission to take off - yell "Taking Off!" at the top of your voice - the flightline can be a noisy place. You should do this whether anyone else is flying or not.
Take Off should be straight down the runway, accelerating smoothly, followed by a gentle climb to around 15m (50'). If you can do it, take off while standing in the pilot stance. This isn't a requirement of the Bronze but if you have learned to do this, it's a lot safer. Once you have taken off and reached a comfortable flying speed and height, throttle back to about half throttle. You probably won't have to change the throttle setting again until you are ready to land.
Although the circuit is not defined as a rectangular one, it's again good practice to do so. Make the four turns equal, returning to wings level on each of the straight legs. Remember to push the upwind leg far enough to allow you time to make the crosswind leg and turn. On the downwind leg, don't throttle back even though the model appears to be going faster downwind and don't go too far downwind.
The flypast should be down the far side of the runway and should be at about 15m (50'). Once you have got set up for the flypast, the height for all the following manouevres should stay at this until your landing approach.
