Safety Rules Club Visit Frequency Control Instructors Model Check Learing to Fly
Your instructor, and it may be someone different the next time you fly, is a volunteer who has considerable experience in flying model aircraft. He may not fly the fastest, most aerobatic aircraft around but he will be a good and safe teacher. He will have already taught several beginners how to fly safely and successfully.
- Please listen to and act on your instructor's advice at all times.
- Your instructor may be teaching someone else to fly at the same time as yourself so please be patient if someone else is under instruction.
- Your instructor also enjoys flying his own aircraft so please give him time to do so.
- Please remember that your instructor will do everything within his abilities to ensure that your model enjoys a long safe life. However, everyone can make a mistake or suffer from severe bad luck. If your aircraft crashes, it's back to the building board. Just as a reminder, everyone in the Club has had crashes, ranging from the very hard landing to the total "write-off".
